  James has 26 years of business experience in Supply Chain Management, Sales and Marketing with world-class organizations such as IBM, Colgate-Palmolive and Procter & Gamble.

 
He completed his undergraduate and postgraduate studies in the U.S.A, Canada and abroad. His academic achievements include winning the Freedom Support Act scholarship funded by the U.S. Government and placement on the Friends University's President's Honor Roll.
 

Throughout his career James received multiple awards for outstanding performance such as Colgate-Palmolive CEO and President’s “You Can Make a Difference” Award, Canada Goose’s “Trailblazer” award, IBM’s Blue Points and CIBC’s Moment Makers. 

James has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to enable business partners and to maximize value out of supplier relationships. 

He is passionate about learning and development, and acts as a coach, a mentor, and a licensed hiring manager.

James is currently an official mentor at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a guest speaker at Supply Chain conferences.
